We offer our expertise in tender funding, strategic design and impact assessment to give more strength to your development and innovation ideas.

We operate coherently by linking Programme & Project Management; to move easily and effectively within operational, strategic and financial alliances between levels of guidance and control (managing authorities, funders and control bodies responsible for managing the Development Programmes), and levels of implementation and monitoring (grant beneficiaries, operational partnerships and development consortia); governing processes of coordination and management of complex projects related to call for tenders, from reporting to accountability, up to the management of working groups in a transnational environment; activation and management of subsidiarity and shared management practices implemented through participatory governance schemes; understand and transfer localized interventions in specific places (pilot cases) in order to generate the best learning aimed at validate and disseminate the most effective innovations (innovation brokering); apply multi-disciplinary and social and economic sustainability-oriented approaches to urban or territorial regeneration plans.

These are just some of the knowledge that we can transfer to those who feel the need to deepen these issues or to “grow” their development or business project in a perspective of social and environmental sustainability.

Within this area, we therefore provide the following services:

  • Training in the catalogue: we activate training courses on topics such as project development and project management (on funding at regional, national and European level), accountability of complex projects, strategic planning, facilitation methodologies, co-design techniques, organization and management of participatory paths and impact assessment. Our approach is oriented to “problem solving“, therefore our courses dedicate a lot of time to the analysis and solution of case studies, with practical exercises and specific role plays;
  • Capacity building: we propose, as an alternative to the classic training, an empowerment programme related to the abovementioned topics, but based on a learning-by-doing approach to be activated within the company or institution. The idea is to transfer knowledge while working, facing together real problems and situations on the job.
